• Enschede is a mid-size border city with a limited local job market, making part-time work harder to find than in Amsterdam or Rotterdam.
• Daily life outside campus requires Dutch; English is not sufficient for housing offices, municipalities, or local services.
• Belarus students have no confirmed standard visa pathway and must contact IND directly before applying.
