What to check

• Proof of €7,500/year in a Lithuanian bank account is required for the residence permit — setting up a Lithuanian account from abroad takes time.
• The scholarship deadline (April 20) is two months before the general application deadline (June 15); students who miss it lose all scholarship access regardless of merit.
• All school documents (attestat, exam results) must be apostilled and officially translated to English — for Uzbekistan, embassy legalization can take 6–8 weeks.
