- Means are set at four times the subsistence level — €880/month, €10,560 for the year, under the 2026 state budget.
- AIC/Harno recognition costs €90–130 and takes 2–4 weeks; start it three months before the application deadline or it will not be ready in time.
- Harno scholarships pay €350/month for bachelor and master students and €660/month for doctoral students — a stipend, not a tuition waiver.
- What the Georgian school certificate grants in Estonia is not published; the AIC statement is the only way to find out, and it has to be obtained before applying.

After visa: settling in
