Overview
Estonian Government Scholarships, run by the Education and Youth Board (Harno), support international master's students with a monthly stipend of around €350 for 2026/2027.
They're aimed at building academic ties with partner regions, including Central Asia and the Caucasus.
Who can apply
- Open to citizens of partner countries, with Central Asia (Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Kyrgyzstan) and the Caucasus (Azerbaijan) currently in scope for 2026/2027.
- Primarily for master's study.
- The University of Tartu also awards its own UT Merit Scholarship during admission, separately from this scheme.
