Overview
Latvian State Scholarships, run by the State Education Development Agency (VIAA), fund foreign students at Latvian universities.
They pay €500/month for bachelor's and €600/month for master's study in the 2026/2027 call.
Eligibility follows a rotating list of bilateral-agreement (Group I) countries.
