• Germany requires proof of funds via a blocked Sperrkonto account (around €11,904 for 2024-25), a significant upfront capital commitment.
• Iserlohn is a mid-sized industrial town; the student social scene and cultural amenities are more limited than in Cologne or Düsseldorf.
